Reports->The folder list is displayed empty when clicked for the first time. Need to uncheck the sites and check again to list the folders

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Docpro module admin
2. Click on the Reports menu and click on Draft Index/ Tag Search report
3. By deafult the sites will be checked.
4. Click on the Folder drop down

Issue: The Folder list will be blank. Uncheck the sites and check any one site. The folders will be listed now
