Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Click on Reports Tab
3)Click on Resource Allocation report
4)Select the Project from the Dropdown
5)select the Resource dropdown
6)Check for the resources listed

Description

The resource assigned to the selected project should list in the dropdown. Now all resources are showing up.
