Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Calibration(facing this issue for all the study)
3. Select the calibration date as "17-03-2020" and the Next due date is shown as "16-04-2020"
4. Click on save button and observe the study date in listing screen
5. Click on show button
6. Click on save and close out button
7. Observe the listing screen, calibration date and next due date

Description
All the Study: When tries to select the due date as "17-3-2020" the next due date is showing as "16-04-2020".
While saving the study, in listing screen it showing "17-03-2020" and when clicking show and save and close button, the Due date is changed to 16-03-2020 and the Next due date is changed to 15-04-2020".
