Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Click on Main and select any PI
3.Add Data and Goto FSR document
4.Add a FSR Function and Requirement
5.Decompose the Function and Add another Function and Requirement
6.Now right click on Reqt ASIL value of parent Function and select Add ASIL
7.Click on the Reset button
8.Observe the JS error
9.Now Right click on any cell and select Allocate ASIL
10.Observe the JS error
