closedPublish from Aqua: When publishing the ITAR document to the folder which doesnt have ITAR route set, then its showing error. When it published in the Aqua pro module level folder, its allowing to publish the document without any approval process

1.Create and activate the folder say folder A
2.Dont set ITAR route to the folder A
3.Go to Aqua pro
4.Publish the document from Aqua pro for the folder A
5.Shows error
