1.Create and activate the folder say folder A
2.Dont set ITAR route to the folder A
3.Go to Aqua pro
4.Publish the document from Aqua pro for the folder A
5.Shows error

IN AQUA pro module folder alone, the ITAR docs are visible to NON ITAR user, but when clicking on the doc, shows alert message
