Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create and activate the folder
2.Set NONITAR and ITAR route
3.Publish ITAR and NON ITAR document
4.Now change the NON ITAR Route in folder management and reset settings
5.Check the document mgmt, ITAR doc route is also changed
6.Revise the ITAR document
7.Its going for NON ITAR approval

1.After publishing the doc pro , In Doc management the Approval route displays Module auto approval but it still follow the approval process set in Folder management for that level. But when the change req is done the document is auto published
