New Draft Request: By default draft requester should be the draft viewer. The draft viewer is not taken when selecting draft viewers and checked ITAR compliance and unchecked it and continue(pls check desc as well)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Click on New Document Draft
3.Check ITAR Compliance
4.Select ITAR user as Draft viewer
5.Uncheck the ITAR compliance
6.Add Non ITAR user
7.Check ITAR compliance
8.All the selected user getting removed
9.Clicked on continue
10.Check the draft action

Description

New Draft Request: By default draft requester should be the draft viewer. The draft viewer is not taken when selecting draft viewers and checked ITAR compliance and unchecked it and continue

Case 2:
  • click on new doc draft
  • Enter doc name and number
  • Select ITAR user as draft viewer
  • Now check ITAR checkbox
  • selected ITAR user is removed
