Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Champion.
2. Assign All the mandatory elements along with Supplier and Supplier part number.
3. Create new concern with the Supplier nad supplier part form.
4. select the supplier.
5. Click on supplier part number.
6. Observe hte result
