Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, (A new tab will open)
5.Select Process/Design VDA menu and select Failure Analysis
6.Right click on Cause and Add Risk and Optimization data
7.Observe the Tree view
8.Select DFMEA and PFMEA and Add Data for Risk and Optimization
9.Observe the Date in Tree View

Description
• Verifed in (DD/MM/YYYY) and (YYYY/MM/DD) Formats
• Date added in Risk and Optimization Popup is Not displayed in Tree view.
• Date added in DFMEA and PFMEA is displayed differently in Tree View.
• While right click on the date, system displays the context menu.
