closedProcess VDA - Functional/Failure Analysis - After creating a new FourM for an operation in Structure Analysis Functional/Failure Analysis page is not loading

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, (A new tab will open)
5.Click on Process VDA menu icon and Select Structure Analysis
6.Create Operation and FourM
7.Select Functional/Failure Analysis menu
8.Page does not Load
Description
After creating a new FourM for an operation in Structure Analysis Functional/Failure Analysis page is not loading. On refresh it can be opened.

Issue occurs Sporadically. So Closed in SP925 Cycle 5
