Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as NON-ITAR AQuAPro User
2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2
3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the ITAR PI
4.Click on Process/Design Segments -> Right-Click on the Segment to Select Copy Segment option (E.g.: Process Segment)
5.Select another PI -> Click on its Segment
6.Right-Click to Paste the Copied ITAR PI Segment -> Enter the Segment Name & Click on OK Button
7.Observe the Result
