Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Create a Level
3.GO to Doc pro
4.Click on Folder Management menu
5.Select the level
6.Without checking the inuse checkbox, click save
7.Again click on the level
Error occurs

When the level in use is not checked and saved, then when clicking the level again, There is no row at position error occurs
