Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA-VDA Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Set the Format as AIAG-VDA

4.Select a PI -> Click on Process Segments Icon

5.Select the Segment -> Click on Process Document Tab

6.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA -> Click on Process VDA Icon

7.Click on Failure Analysis

8.Right click on Effect Block and Select Assign Severity Rating

9.Observe the Popup
