Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, (A new tab will open)
5.Click on Design VDA menu icon and click on Structure Analysis
6.Drag a Component element of one Subsystem and Drop on another subsystem
7.Now Drag the subsystem and Drop on Component element and Observe the alert
8.Drag the Component and Drop on Subsystem and Observe the alert

Description
• Alert must be interchanged. Issue occurs for Below also.
• System allows to drag Focus element and while drop on External element "Production Item Regulator cannot be copied under itself" alert is displayed
