Not able to attach docpro documents for meetings by selecting revision document from custom /user defined folder

1.Edit a meeting
2.Attach document from docpro custom folder
3. check the result

Description

Not able to attach docpro document in meetings by selecting revision document from custom /user defined folder
Also for the attached documents from docpro the document name is showing "%20" instead of blank space
