Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Right click on Non manufacturing line
4. Create Utility Equipment
5. Enter all the mandatory field
6. Click on save button
7. Observe the Equipment detail field

Description

Utility Equipment: while creating the utility equipment, entered equipment details of Vendor, manufacturer, criticality, commission date and production date is not getting saved

(after saved the Equipment it showing current date in commission and production date field)
