1. Delete PI Cancel button is changed

2. Import popup upload button is chnaged and the Browse is not able to change

3. Delete function and Requirement jalert cancle button is changed

4. Aqua page if the chinese language label is not converted it shows the default english.

5. Aqua page if the chinese language label is not converted it shows the default english.

6. Failure tree tooltip is changed

7. EFC Tree tooltip for publish button is changed.

8. Aqua page if the chinese language label is not converted it shows the default english.

10. CK editor the buttons are not support in multilanguage verify in other modules.
