Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Business Rule menu
3. Enter the Special character as "~!@$%&_(**&%^^$#"

Description

Business Rule: Target Value settings--> The system should not allow user to enter any special characters other than "." full stop.

Note:
1. Target value may be 35.6, here not able to enter the value in the field
2. When entering the Special character as "~!@$%&_(**&%^^$#" no need to accept and display in the field.
