Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Right Click and Select New Equipment Context menu
4. Create EQ 1 with Asset Number as A1 and save
5. Create EQ 2 with Asset Number as A1 and save
6. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Equipment: Asset Number field--> It should not accept the same asset number for different equipment.

Issue 2: Equipment: Asset Number--> It should allow user to copy paste the asset number.

When tries to copy paste the asset number as (asset 01) and clicking on save button, it getting hanged and it should not displayed the alert message
