1.Audit Program: Assign Audit types and forms:Create a one form with form type as template
2.Then when creating another row of data,User cant able to change the form type , it shows the form type as template
3.why the user cant create another form type???
4.it automatically adds another row when added one row and closed and retrieved
5.Cant delete the rows sometimes
6.Cant edit the audit form and form type once created
