1.Login as Suite administrator
2.Select Preferences from Users Menu
3.Change the Default Language to Chinese and revert it again to English
4.Select some other menu
5.Observe the result

Description

After changing the Default Language to Chinese and again to English, the design for the entire application is not good.

It can be retrieved after changing the date format.
