Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Click on Header -> Insert a Picture Header
10.Double-Click on the Picture Header -> Click on the Radio Button in "The image is located at this URL:" field
11.Observe the Result

Description

Main2, In Picture Header by by adding the existing image its displaying JS Error and also by clicking on any of the Radio Button its displaying JS Error after that JS Error

Error: Unable to get property 'extra' of undefined or null reference
ReqObjInit
ReqObjRun"

By clicking on Radio Button after the above JS Error this will be display
"Line: 289
Error: 'btnOK' is undefined"
