Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Menu
3. Click on Activity and Set shift as "A"
4. Click on Save button
5. Click on Transaction tab
6. Click on Autonomous menu
7. Select the Equipment from the dropdown list
8. Click on Submit button
9. Observe the behavior
10. Again click on Submit button
11. Observe the behavior and shift details

Description

Issue 1: Equipment: Autonomous--> The Activity which selected as Shift "A", In Autonomous transaction screen, it displays all the shift other than "A", "B" and "C"

Issue 2: Autonomous--> Once the Equipment details selected and clicked on Submit button, it not getting load. If clicking on second time, it displays the Equipment details.
