Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select any of the PI
2.open PFMEA
3.Double click on Preventive/Detective Controls or Potential Effects of Failure Column
4.Verify the Dialog box -> Without Clicking on OK and Cancel button
5.Click on Process Flow
6.Verify that dialog box is displaying in Process Flow document
7.Select values for that dialog box
8.Click on OK button
9.Check for the Error message
10.Observe the Result

Description

When Double click on Preventive/Detective Controls and potential Effect of failure column an pop up window will display on the screen.Without Clicking OK or Cancel button Open the process flow or Control plan Document.This pop up window will display on that documents Enter the data in pop up window and click on OK button an Error message will display on the screen as "Conversion from type 'DBNULL' type 'Integer'is not valid" error message will display on the screen
