1.Select any of the PI 2.open PFMEA 3.Double click on Preventive/Detective Controls or Potential Effects of Failure Column 4.Verify the Dialog box Pop up Window -> Without Clicking on OK and Cancel button 5.Click on Process Flow 6.Verify that dialog box is displaying pop up in Process Flow document 7.Select values for that dialog box pop up window 8.Click on OK button 9.Check for the Error message 10.Observe the Result
