1)Login as Project Manager
2)Click on Projects tab
3)Select the projects menu
4)Open the project planner
5)Select the deliverable and click on deliverable info icon
6)Click on Input attachments
7)Select the document and click on Add button
8)Observe the behaviour (Keeps on loading)
