Attachments: When uploading the document using drag and drop, the same document is uploaded to all the PPAP docs

Revisions and summary is mismatching.
Should not show the same part details multiple times in listing screen.Status showing one revision is rejected and other revision as pending, but listing screen shows both as rejected

Disable a rule under document settings and check whether that rule shows as a finding
