PFMEA tab is not working. When clicking on that tab, there is no response

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Upload the PFMEA document

2.Click on start and navigate to PFMEA document

3.It shows findings for Part number and part name

4.Changed the part name and validated

5.After that changed part number and clicked on validate, there is no response

6.And also when clicking on that tab again, there is no response

Same occurs for DFMEA also..sometimes its working sometimes its not
