4.Click on New
5.Select Equipment name/Code
6.Select Shift as C
7.Select Date
8.Click on Select Part
9.Select part from the List
10.Select the Start and End Time
11.Enter the Quality losses
12.Enter the scrap
13.Enter the Rework quantity more than the Scrap
14.Observe the alert
