Click on Supplier self evaluation option
Actual Result:
Perform audit lable has to be replaced with Auditee action
Table not aligned properly

Description

In Auditee Supplier self evaluation screen "Perform audit" label should be modified as according to Auditte action
In the same page table alignment issue
