Steps To Reproduce:

1.Create a Audit Cycle and Program and assign an Auditor to perform an audit
2.Auditor->Perform Audit >Specify the mandatory details>select the CAR approach to get back Auditee response
3.Publish for approval
4.Approve the Audit cycle
5.Log in as Audittee to response against the above NC
Actual Result:
Page cannot be loaded on clicking the CAR link

Description

After performing an Audit by an Auditor, Auditee tried to respond back on clicking the CAR page not getting loaded.
This is an shows stopper for Auditee response back flow
