1)Login to module as admin
2)Expand the actual audit quick link
3)Click on the hyperklink
4)Select the approval route from the publish window
5)Enter the reason for publish
6)Click on publish

when tried to publish the actual audit document from the publish window is not getting published and also the publish button is not highlighted meaning it is grayed out.
