In Auditor Perform Audit page Attaching same document in Audit attachments, removes previously attached documents too.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform Audit menu.
3. Click on the Existing Audit cycle name.
4. Go to Audit attachment tab.
5. Select Type as Controlled.
6. Attach xlsx file.
7. Again try to attach the same file and observe.
