Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform Audit menu.
3. Click on the Existing Audit cycle name.
4. Go to Audit attachment tab.
5. Select Type as Controlled.
6. Attach xlsx file.
7. Again try to attach the same file and observe.

but attachment is taking long time like more than 10 min to attached and even it is not getting refreshed.
