1)Login as Project Manager
2)Select the project
3)Initiate a Change Request
4)Give the comments in ECR form.
5)Observe the result

Description

ECR form:

1) Not able to give comments in ECR form.

2) "Part Name" field displayed as "Requested Date".(Incorrect Field name)
