In Auditor Perform Audit page, Clicking on Re upload Extension shows error message.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform audit menu.
3. Click on Existing record with findings.
4. Click on Publish.
5. Click on re upload extension and observe.

Description

In Auditor Perform Audit page, Clicking on Re upload Extension shows error message. Because of this cant able to check reupload extension function.

Note: This is applicable only for Re upload time elapsed Audits.
