1)Login to the module as admin
2)Click on existing audit program
3)Click on Assign audit type and forms
4)Selct the Cell and assign forms from both the sources
5)Click on Done button
6)Observe

Description
System is not allowing to add the assign audit type and forms from Local or from doc pro when tried to attach the document is getting attached but when clicked on done button system does not display "view/edit"
The document attachment is taking very long time to display the path
