Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditee.
2. Go to Corrective Action status page.
3. Click on Cycle name (HQ-Process Audit Cycle-3-MP-2) hyper link.
4. Click on Findings number hyperlink.
5. Observe the result.
