EwQIMS SP636

1. Login to EwQIMS.
2. Navigate to APQP module.
3. Assign Multiple Document Review for a pillar
4. Create a project under that pillar and add a task.
5. Assign the task to a resource.
6. Attach an input document and enable Multiple document review with Module Auto Approval.
7. Login as task assignee and attach output document.
8. The output status becomers 'Reviewed' and now Convert to Document.
9. After the output status becomes ' Approved' click on the output document
=> The user is unable to view the output document.
=> The approved document is not published in the Project -> Output Documents Folder
