Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Autonomous menu from transaction tab
3. Select the Equipment and click Submit button
4. Select the Status as "Not Ok"
5. Enter the Mandatory field and Click on Check box
6. Observe the Alert message
