Search is not working as expected. In folder management it shows there is only one level called TestA, but in New doc req shows duplicate

Case 1:
Search is not working as expected. In folder management it shows there is only one level called TestA, but in New doc req shows duplicate
Parent folder- not in use
Child folder-In use
Sub child folder-In use---Working as expected, but search shows duplicate rec
Case 2: Search results are not displayed with the child levels hierarchy when the in between folder is not in use

when parent is searched, then it should have a expand button to view and select the child levelsFiles
