Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Menu from TPM Setup tab
3. Click on Import button
4. Import the data
5. Click on Created Equipment
6. Click on Activity tab
7. Click on Select Activity button
8. Observe the data
