Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to ewqims application.
2. click on System menu - Click on Meetings submenu.
3. Click on Recurring meeting button - Enter the mandate details click on save button.
4. Click on New button in meeting lists screen.
5. Enter all the details and click on save button.
6. Observe the meetings list screen.
