Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro module administrator
2.Click on Main and select the PI
3.Select the Process Segment and click on AIAG-VDA FMEA and in new window click on Failure Analysis against cause right click choose Risk/Optimization option then right click on any fields
