Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Routes
4.Click new and Add 2 users in 1st round
5.Check this All approvers reqd checkbox
6.Minimum Number of Approvals Required field shows "2"
7.UnCheck this All approvers reqd checkbox
8.Minimum Number of Approvals Required field shows "2", but it should show "1"by default
