closedTeam( External members ) - On entering the same email address it is displaying the correct alert message but it is allowing to create third team member.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to ewqims application.
2. click on system menu - click on teams submenu.
3. click on created team name link.
4. Enter the name and email address in external member field.
5. Click on Add button - click on OK button of alert message.
6. Observe the screen.
