Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Activities tab
3. Click on PM Calendar Menu
4. Click on Assigned WO
5. Click on Definition Code
6. Select the Row and Click on Edit button
7. Select the Activity Status as "Not Ok"
8. Select Action status as "Completed"
9. And change the status as "Not Completed"
10. And then Change the Status as "Completed"
11. Observe the Is Adhoc field
