Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro module administrator
2.Click on Main and select the PI
3.Click on AIAG VDA DFMEA click on Block Diagram menu
4.Click on Publish for Approval button, select the Level and Module as Auto Approval, and enter reason for publish and click on Publish button and again click on Publish for Approval button
