Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Part Production
3. Click on New button
4. Select the Equipment
5. Enter the Production Quantity as "60"
6. Scrap as "10" and Rework as "5"
7. Observe the Quality Loss value
